Florida Cooling had my repair service scheduled and out to fix my AC in less than 24 hours. The tech, Zane, was nice and really knowledgeable. He had my air cooling again quickly and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I have a yearly contract with FCC and all of my interactions with the owner, the office staff and the technicians have been wonderful! They go above and beyond to get your AC or heat back in running condition even on weekends or holidays. My calls are answered within hours and sometimes within minutes and my appointments have always been scheduled on that day. Most recently it took the technician quite some time to figure out the problem with my outdoor unit, but after trouble shooting and conversations with the owner, they got it figured out. The technician on this call has been to my home before and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was prompt, extremely courteous and respectful, informative and tidy. Big thanks to Florida Cooling Corporation. James helped me over the phone on a Saturday night. He helped me to get the air blowing again! He even called on Sunday to assure it was still working. Then, first thing Monday, he had a technician out to assess and fix the problem. Exceptional service!!

We contacted them in the afternoon concerning an issue with our AC. They were able to come out first thing in the morning and fix it the same day. Zane was very kind and professional as was the other technician. Overall we had fantastic service from Florida Cooling Cooperation from beginning to end. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, tidy & polite. He diagnosed & fixed the problems in a timely manner & gave me suggestions to take better care of my AC unit.
