Cross country has been excellent. They show up when scheduled and are very professional and courteous. They eliminated my bug issues with the first treatment. They’re all excellent with my skittish old dog also. I’d definitely recommend them

This review is for my grandmother after she had their services. We had this company for lawn service. He didn't show up when he was scheduled and after I called he said we were on the list for the next week. Three weeks later he still hadn't shown up. Don't use this company he is a liar!!

Guy came in side door without knocking through master bathroom and in my bedroom while I was getting dressed when I called to complain they just told me I needed to pay my bill that wasn't their department even without service no concern to my welfare and I told them the month before I wasn't home so he could not have came unless he broke in they still charged for both months and no apology or report on the guy coming in people's houses without knocking or billing for services not rendered

Amanda's customer service was friendly and responsive, making it easy to schedule with them. Their technician Chris was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job! Glad I chose this company's services.

So, I absolutely love the product this company use and love the workman that comes to spray consistently every month but my words is it hard to set up an account with them for my new house, the customer service rep is HORRIBLE. I call her 3 times just trying to see if I can get on there schedule, I've received no call backs even though promise 3 times but thank God they are not the only pest control out there. Good product good workman horrible customer service rep/telephone operator.
