Active Electric

I was having a problem with my Generac and Justin was referred to me by my regular electrician. Justin gave me a call and from the information I gave him, he decided that I needed to take a look at the little information screen and tell him what error codes were on there so he could see if he even needed to come by. Once I got back home where I could check the error codes I gave him a call and he walked me through the reset. We checked out several other Codes. He was very pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable.By the time we were done he didn’t even have to come over. I can’t thank him enough for getting us back up and running before “Snowmageddon” rolls in here in a couple of days.He didn’t charge us anything and I promised him he would be my first call from now on. Justin of Active Electric did an excellent rebuilding the electrical mess that was caused by the tornado. The previous owner rebuilt the garage but did nothing regarding the electrical mess.
