Even in the middle of Covid price changes and delays, John was able to keep the build process on schedule and was very involved throughout the entire process to ensure everything was done right and to the way we wanted to meet the needs of our family of 5. This is a great company to work with, they built our dream home for us, from the ground up. We were able to bring John Fowler custom home plans and he built us the home of our dreams. John is amazing to work with! My husband was deployed throughout the whole process of our build, so John was there for me when I needed help making the hard decisions. He builds his homes to the upmost detail, and with his expertise he is able to identify when something is done wrong and he fixes it! This is a review you MUST read!! John went ABOVE and BEYOND for our house. You see Halloween last year we had a few pipes bust and we had a massive flood which caused our ceiling in our dining room and kitchen to collapse. Which in turn our air ducts filled up with water because they were in our concrete slab. Our insurance offered a ridiculously small amount for the repairs. I started to call contractors and all of them kept saying that we could probably just contract everything out ourselves. I called John, he came out and assessed damage asked what type of air ducts we had, and we told him we have transite pipes. Did you know transite is asbestos- concrete? Our air ducts had water in all of them, which in turn compromised the pipe and asbestos fibers were released all in our home and we
