Brent called me and showed up on time. He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained exactly what was causing my furnace to act up. I really appreciate his efficient manner of going right to the problem! Would have liked getting a copy of what was actually done, but I am thankful that my furnace was fixed so quickly and professionally. Thanks Active Heating!!!

I received an email who was coming and his picture. Jordan was scheduled and arrived at scheduled appointment. This made me feel very comfortable. Jordan knew immediately what was wrong and repaired the furnace. He was very through explaining what needed to be done to repair the furnace. He was very polite and knowledgeable about my furnace. He helped me set up a maintenance check in January. I have worked with Active Heating for past five years and have always been very happy and pleased.

I hired Active Heating to install a Navien tankless water heater, largely because they had so many 5‑star reviews on Google. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite of what their rating suggests, especially considering the installation cost just under $6,000. During the installation, I specifically asked about the gas line they were placing in front of my electrical panel. They assured me it was legal. In reality, the gas pipe was installed so close that it blocked access to the top two screws on the panel — you literally couldn’t open it without the pipe being in the way. Afterward, I looked up South Dakota’s code and Cannon Electric confirmed that this installation was illegal. Active Heating still refused to correct it until I made it clear I would report the issue to the SD
