The last four times I have ordered material from them the steel was never ready when they said it would be. One time I had to go back the next day to pick it up.

I've ordered steel from Macksteel twice first time was 6 years ago in 2019 and I worked with Kevan. This time April of 2025 I worked with Blake. Both times they were very prompt with answering question and getting the steel I wanted. They did some bending that took 2 days after I confirmed and placed the order. Shockingly fast for what I ordered. Pickup was slick! just go in, pay for it, drive around hand the man the ticket and sit in the truck while they load it all up. These guys are great to work with and they know what they're doing.
