Actually Clean Carpets

Actually Clean is incredible to work with. They provide truly top-notch service and are so easy to schedule and communicate with. My carpets and upholstery always look as good as new when they leave! Lonnie even bailed me out of a very unfortunate last-minute situation that occurred moments before they arrived (dog + Roomba…you can imagine) and handled it quickly and professionally. He’s the best! Iris in the office is just as wonderful — super easy to communicate with and always follows up to make sure everything is perfect and meets expectations. Highly recommend!

All I can say is this company is worth every penny you spend!!! Xavier & Jeff did an amazing job, an they were so polite as well as had great personable skills. They understood kids & stains, wear & tare & stains, an just plain oopies! This is the worst I've EVER had or seen a carpet. An they said mama, no problem! Lonnie has been our go to since we moved back in 2024. Since then, we've had him and his crew over 3 separate times for various reasons. First was a whole house clean, then pet stain removal, then a general area clean. He goes above and beyond, communicates well, and does solid work on carpets. I highly recommend using Actually clean.
