Actually Clean Floor & Furniture

We’ve used Actually Clean several times to clean our rugs, and they always do an excellent job. This time was no exception — the carpet came back looking and smelling wonderful (and it was very smelly before!). The two gentlemen who picked it up, Matt and Caleb, were fantastic. They delivered it back right on time and were so kind in helping us get it put down again. Chrystal, who answered the phone and scheduled our drop-off, was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. And Adam, the office manager, was equally helpful and attentive. The entire team at Actually Clean provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication, and I’ll continue to highly recommend them to anyone who needs rug or carpet cleaning done right.

A big shout out to Dustin and his assistant who came to clean our carpet today. They were punctual and very friendly. They worked very hard and went above and beyond and got rid of all the tough stains on the carpet and my couch. I love my house again! They are also more affordable compared to three other companies I called. Happy customer and will be back again!

All these people griping about the truck placement clearly havent actually used these guys, only seen them around. Whatever. Service is incredible, staff were pleasant to work with, and they do a damn good job. Your house will smell like it went through mr carwash. These folks are miracle workers.

I have hired Actually Clean several times in the last 2 years. Sure, their trucks are loud. Of course the guys a little rough around the edges! But they do an amazing job and the employees who show up to clean my carpets have been more than helpful. I hire them every few months after my two dogs have tracked mud in and I can't seem to keep up with it. They are also very affordable. Keep up the great work! I'm surprised at the ratings on their page after looking for their phone number to hire them again. I think people need to understand that the quality of their work shouldn't be judged by loud trucks and employees who smoke. Keep up the great work!

Previous positive reviews are correct. These guys will get almost anything outta carpet (even latex and acrylic paint surprisingly) for a great price. I use them for my home and rental properties, wouldn't recommend anyone else. Not sure why people gave 1s. Of course the cleaning truck is loud....it (and their employees) are doing real work. Hard for some people to understand that I guess
