Acu-Temp Heating & Cooling

Due to the set up of my system, Acu-Temp had to come out twice to perform the full service. Both techs were excellent and willing to answer questions. Getting scheduled was a breeze and the price is very reasonable. Happy to have found a reliable AC company I will seek out going forward!

Great company! The staff are always very polite, professional and go the extra mile to accommodate your schedule. The stay in constant contact. I know when they will arrive and most importantly who is coming to do the work. They answer my questions and I ask a lot of questions. Call them you will love the work they do! I highly recommend them.

I made a last-minute call because company was coming from out of state and the unit was not cooling at all. Matthew was out before the end of the day and within 20 minutes the temperature was coming down in the house. Thank you Matthew and Acu-temp for excellent timing and service. The technicians are always polite and capable. The office staff are also friendly. We're on their maintenance plan which provides two cleanings per year. This is the first year that they contacted us to schedule the second maintenance visit. I hope that continues because past years the second visit was always forgotten but we weren't refunded anything. Of course I could have called them for the second visit, but I never remembered unless we had a problem with our ac! All in all a good company.

AccuTemp has literally restored my faith in business, people and overall humanity!! We had an issue and contacted Tracy with AccuTemp. She quickly looked into the issue and informed us the part was still covered under warranty. She promptly ordered the part and when it arrived called us back to schedule the repair. They sent their technician, Matt, out who did a fantastic job making the necessary repairs in a timely manner displaying the utmost level of professionalism while openly communicating while the job was being done. We even signed up for the maintenance plan they offer, which is second to none I might add!! A huge thank you to Tracy, the owner Miss Debbie and to Matt for making what could have been a horrible experience into something that was a delightful encounter!! I will never
