ACW gate service met and exceeded all expectations in updating my system. From doing thorough diagnostic of old system to install and follow-up, Josh and his team were courteous and responsive. They matched my needs with an appropriate system without upselling. When I need service I will call them again and will recommend.

Josh with acw collected $19,000 for a deposit for gates and fence 7 months ago. They set 2 metal posts in concrete however the posts are coming out of the ground and they never returned to finish the work. I’ve called, texted, emailed with no response. I will be hiring a lawyer and suing Josh and his company. I wish I would have read all of the reviews on google before hiring them. I have done my research on the good reviews and a few of them are fake and seem to be his friends including that one at the top that’s a 5 star rating from Elizabeth which I found her background and she’s an ex convict and is associated with Josh and one of his employees. Josh (Owner of ACW Gate Services) artistically created and built beautiful white gates and handrails for us during the Spring of 2023 that greatly enhanced our property. He has always been very professional, kept us informed as to the timeline for each of the projects, kept us informed in advance as to his arrival times at our home, and always maintained a high standard of quality for each project. We continuously have people share positive comments about how they like our gates. All the comments we could possibly make about Josh’s ability to create and build gates and handrails would be very positive!!! We feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with Josh and his high level of artistry and quality.

Work started on May 1 with a contractual 45 days to complete. Much like the other comments on here, I was ghosted for multiple months after they received my 50% deposit. Incorrect material was used such as a type of almost chicken wire for the fence and non-treated rough sewn lumber. Maybe one bag of concrete for each four posts, which after three months of being in ground, the owner was able to come and pull them out with his hands. After the company went through three or four different “crews” on just my job alone, the work was still not done and he pawned me off to another company for the balance of the contact (minus the gate). ACW/Josh went above and beyond to ensure my gate was a good design and fit… However, a little over a year later it has fallen off the tracks mid-open, which means I am literally unable to get in and out of my driveway. Josh assured me upon purchase that if anything were to happen with my $11,000 commercial grade gate… he would personally make sure I was taken care of as it would be covered under his warranty. It has been 5 days since he said he was on his way… phone calls and texts are now completely being ignored. Not only unprofessional but unethical. I am very disappointed as I believed he was a good person.
