Rowe's Septic & Sewer

We reached out to Rowes Septic looking to have our tank drained after they were recommended to us. We provided our location and need and were told they would be able to facilitate our concerns. They first missed the appointment because a pump was out at the treatment plant. They said they'd be here by noon the next day. Multiple calls no answer no show. Terrible customer service. We've found another company. Don't walk — RUN.

Our system backed up around 5-5:30 on a Wed afternoon. Called and Greg was at our house by 6:30. Apparently I had been taken for $500 by another company a few years ago. It was a lot of work and hadn't been emptied before. He could have charged more for the extra time and work but didn't! Definitely recommend Rowe's!

We called Rowe's yesterday to have our septic tank pumped and they came out today. Their communication and customer service was great! He quoted us over the phone, and even though our tank was much larger than average (we weren't aware of that beforehand) he honored his price and did not charge extra. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be calling them for any future needs.

Greg was super friendly, came out next day (on a Sunday!), and had us going in no time. Greg took the time and ensured we both had a chance to give a visual inspection of his work, and he made sure we had a chance to watch our system working properly after he serviced it. We highly recommend them for any of your septic and sewage needs!
