John came out to a local oil service shop due to my truck ignition switch locking. Key would not turn in the ignition switch. He was able to get my truck to crank up by using his key pick so I could get it out of the service bay and on the road within minutes. Very happy with the service he provided and how knowledgeable he was! Very professional as well! Highly recommend if anyone has this trouble in the future and doesn’t want to call an expensive tow truck!!! Will keep John’s number in my phone at all times now! Thanks again man!! 👍🏼 (Truck was in a bind on the ramp and not fully going into park position, was still in gear. This was the reason why my ignition switch was locked up.)

Excellent customer service from the representative that answered the call to the tech they sent out. Very nice and professional. It took a little bit for the guy to show up but they kept me in the know with what was going on. Tech showed up and got me fixed up right away. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road.
