I called Alden's for a refrigerator problem. Bradley was here the next day right on time. He explained everything he was doing and what the problems could be. He also showed zero judgement with how dirty my floor was behind and below the fridge! Good people that you can trust!

A few months ago I gave this business a very bad review. I didn't realize at the time how much trouble he was having finding the parts foe my stove. I apologize for the harsh review. My stove and oven work like new. I would definitely call him again.

called Alden’s as a last resort, never heard of the company, but a friend referred them. So they booked me an appointment for 4 days out. And that was better than the service I had been getting. The Golden Egg in this story is, Brad and partner came the very next day and wa la! Dishwasher is fixed and Alden’s will be my go to first for my appliances! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Very professional and complete the job quickly. On time and let me know he was when he was on his way so I could open the gate and put the dogs up.
