I’ve bumped my rating up since my last review — the ramp has really improved its security, and the previous issue with people using the stairwells as bathrooms seems to have been resolved. Big win. The security guards are very friendly to talk to which is also nice. The location is still one of the most convenient and relatively inexpensive spots to park downtown especially if you are going to a Bison’s game. Just keep in mind that the elevators are turned off on weekends and holidays, which can make things tricky if you’re wrangling a stroller, hauling groceries, or generally trying to live your best “hands full” life. A small hurdle, but one worth knowing. Overall, definitely better than before — and moving in the right direction.
Elevator is out of service after 9:30pm and on weekends, and tonight, with 12,000 people at the ballpark, this place closed all but one of the exit lanes. Also, it would be a lot easier to get in and out of spaces if they were designed to be reverse-in rather than forward in to the space. It’s a parking ramp, so don’t expect a lot of improvements. At least the parking isn’t overly expensive. $10 for 5.5 hours on a Friday evening.
Parking spots are ill devised and theres no security cameras. My car is hit several times a year. It's quickly becoming not worth the price of a monthly pass to park here.
It’s a parking ramp. I feel like all parking ramps are two stars. Maybe the concept of parking ramps itself is a two star concept. They suck but you need them. Regarding Adam Ramp, the elevators take a short life time and the handicap parking spots on one are often cut off by trucks with beds that are too long for their spots or people parking so poorly it cuts off spaces. So that’s my particular experience, the handicap spots are barely accessible and the elevators suck so I’m often taking stairs with a heart condition. But it’s a downtown ramp without a waiting list so what can do you. Two stars.
Took over 1 hr to leave ramp after Bisons game, from only the 2nd floor. One exit was blocked off and only one lane was open for the remaining exit. @ALL BUSINESSES: PAY FOR EMPLOYEES/ATTENDANTS. There are no savings passed on to you, the consumer. DO NOT park here if you expect a lot of people leaving at the same time. Tip: the unattended card-only reader tells you to remove your card, then stalls on the screen until you figure to perhaps tap/insert again for it to finish reading it. If the driver doesn't figure this, he may sit there patiently for a while, exacerbating an already bad situation.
