I just needed a few pieces of rock to do a small area, not a pallet. Great customer service & reasonably priced. Great selection & I bet do beautiful stone work. I was treated very nicely for my small purchase.

I don't think I've ever left a negative review before, but after spending a large amount of money, the owner came to do the install himself in a bad mood and was rude and unprofessional in my home today. I politely asked him to wear booties or take off shoes (after getting the counter inside) which seemed to set him off further. I tried to smooth things over but no matter how polite I tried to be he got increasingly agitated. He threatened to leave without installing the counter if I spoke to him and said under his breath "if I break it you're paying for it". His two employees held their heads down and looked embarrassed. I don't love to speak badly of businesses but after how he behaved in my home I would not do business with them again.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Everyone from the office and yard to the delivery driver was more than helpful, enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with. Not to mention the product was beautiful. I'm looking forward to working with the folks of Adam Ross again in the future.

Very nice people. A great place to buy a few stones for a small project, which is all I did. They have a great selection.
