Adam picked up my warranty claim to fix a can light in the kitchen. From the very first appointment, it was a bad experience. Our appointment window was between 5 PM- 8 PM. After calling at around 7 to confirm he was still going to show up, he arrived around 10 PM. He’s lucky we are night owls. However, after inspecting the issue, he said it would be an extensive repair that he didn’t have time to start that night (maybe he would have had time if he had showed up on time). We rescheduled for the 22nd between 8-11 AM. I called him at 12:14 because he missed the appointment window and didn’t contact me. He said he’d get back to me in an hour. At 4:22 PM, he said he couldn’t make it because of another job. We rescheduled for the 28th but due to an issue on my end, we rescheduled for the 29th

The most inconsiderate company I’ve ever worked with. Made an arrangement with my home warranty to be here on a Monday between 3 and 8 PM and at 8 PM when I text them they said they could not come out now. Did they let us know in advance. So then I asked to reschedule and they said they couldn’t come out till Friday because it was gonna be too hot. They promised me they would be there between 9 and 10 on Friday and I made arrangements to work from home based on promise. Friday comes 9:45 AM and they don’t even remember my address and told me they were going to call my home warranty to reassign it to another company. Stay away from this disingenuous company!

Adam is awesome. I called on a cold snowy November day and out of 10 calls only Adam was willing to come to my house. He changed the three water filters on my reverse osmosis unit and gave me instructions on draining the system to get the old water out of the system. The price was really reasonable also. BEST HANDYMAN IN CHICAGO. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
