Adams Heating & Air Conditioning

Had Adams Heating & Air Conditioning come over to install an AC and they did a very professional job, left everything very clean and explained everything to us. Their technician even came out a couple months after install to check everything out and to answer any question that we may have on units! Had him service our units for years before we needed new ones and we will continue to use them for our maintenance needs always fair prices and great service.

Based on my experience, I have no idea how this company has such high ratings on Google. (Almost feels like scam ratings to me.) - I contacted them in January to install a new AC. THAT they did within 2 days. They couldn't test it then because the weather was cold but they told me they "won't leave me high and dry". Guess what, that's exactly what they did. - When the temperature went up in end of April, I turned on the AC. It worked for a couple of hours and brought down both the AC and the furnace. - I called and called and it took them 2 days to send a technician over. For 2 nights, we slept in the cold without any heating. - By the time a technician came, I myself figured out that the problem was that the AC was leaking water and a safety sensor was then turning down both the AC and t

This business is a scam. We spent almost $14,000 with them on a new heat pump and never received a receipt or warranty information. We’ve also never been able to get anyone to answer the phone to ask for these items. When we used them, we saw only 5 star reviews, which I now believe to be fake. Will be reporting them, but wanted to warn others.

An Adams technician came to our house to inspect a faulty furnace. He was here for about 10 minutes, told us we needed a new thermostat. We installed a few new ones with no success. Called Adams back who told us to contact an electrician to help set up the thermostat. We had another HVAC company out the next day who found a faulty condensation pump and repaired it. I'll give them 2 stars for being available same day, but wasn't thrilled at paying $100 for a 10-minute consult leading to multiple trips to Home Depot and ultimately needing another HVAC company to come out and diagnose the problem.

Derick was super nice and knowledgeable. My A/C unit was just fine thanks to the quality service I get from Adams Heating & Air Conditioning. Once Derick was done with the tune up, he went over items that were optional and even replaced my filter.Have already recommended Adams Heating & Air Conditioning to friends and will continue using them.
