Good place to get keys cut. I deducted one star bc my son removed the cylinder from the lock that they said they couldn't remove, and also bc they quoted me $30-40 and then tried to charge $50.

I am in the business and need some last minute items on a Friday afternoon. They had what I needed and treated me extremely well on the price, knowing I had no choice. Great knowledgeable service at a good price, with ACTUAL STOCK no order internet and wait. Thank you sir I got the job done that night thanks to you. Now I guess I need a fancy stamper.

Ralph could not have been nicer on the phone and the man that came to our house was very nice. Asked for a price ahead of time by sending a picture on letting him know what we want it done. A little pricey, but worth it.!

VERY RUDE and impatient people here at Adams!!! In particular, a "gentleman" named Ralph. WOW... never had such an unprofessional conversation with a "salesperson" when trying to get pricing and availability of their products. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere for your hardware needs! (ANYWHERE would be better than this place!)

Was told it would cost 36 dollars for two keys on a Friday. I was ok with That. Called Monday to see if the keys were ready. I called late in the day, expecting a call. Keys were not done, and i was told it would be 50 dollars to remove a very small amount of grease from the tumbler. 86 dollars for two keys? No way. Went elsewhere and found a much better deal with someone who treats customers far better.
