Adams Water Systems "The Well Pump Guys"

We've been using Adams Plumbing since we brought our house in Pawling in 2016 and they never cease to do an amazing job every time out. From fixing a clogged pipe flooding our basement and broken water line in our garage ceiling to installing a new on-demand water tank/softener, they do an affable and professional job every time. They also take time to explain the work they do and offer tips to keep a healthy aqueous environment. Dave and team are the gold standard and I recommend them to everyone!

These guys are fantastic. Real big shoutout to David. I had an issue at my house so I called last night (they offer 24hr service) a few minutes later I get a call back from David (keep in mind it’s 11:10PM) and instead of trying to sell me an emergency service or sell me anything at all, I explained what I did and David walked me through the next steps that I was able to perform and my system is now working better than ever. As someone who runs a business himself, customer service is the most important thing & it’s really nice to see someone with the same mindset. He easily could have sold me an emergency service but he didn’t, he gave me guidance to get the job done without spending money. Shoutout to David, thank you again! The crew was fantastic! They installed a new furnace replacing a 33 year old one! They are professional,they understand that the details are important and the work area was left extremely clean! Highly recommend this company! We have also used them for well replacement! They never disappoint!!

We have used Dave Adams for our plumbing needs for decades and have never been disappointed! Today Thomas came out because we had a leak in our basement. He was here within 20 minutes from when we called. He assessed the situation professionally, found the potential source of the leak in our half bath, then fixed the problem. We are so grateful that he looked to find the simplest remedy first and that no walls or floors needed to be torn down or up! Dave, the owner, called me back right away and had me scheduled for the next day. The techs, Devon and Will, were on time, friendly, and professional. What I thought might be a costly pump replacement turned out to be a simple electrical box fix—saving me a lot of money. I really appreciated their honesty and not pushing unnecessary work.
