very rude, no customer service experience what so ever. There are better companies out there to deal with than these people. I would give 0 stars if I could.
My husband from jdmasonary called to have concrete delivered today . July 29th 2021 for a job we are on im Pawtucket rhode island.. and they refused to deliver and work. They are not reliable at all. We will not be using them in the future they lost a good customer. I also spoke to the manager and he hung up on us. Very rude and unbusiness like. If you are smart you won't use this company.
UNPROFESSIONAL; unsure why they are in the business. I will never call them for their service again.
