Out of 20+ companies I contacted for quotes, only 3 responded, and Jay was the lowest by almost 50% which was staggering. There are 2 reasons I did not give a higher rating. 1) The soil used, despite calling for topsoil, was the lowest grade unscreened fill dirt. I spent hours picking out shards of glass, plastic, rubber, toothbrushes, rope, wire, etc. and even weeds wouldn't grow on some areas of the drain field. 2) The amount of settling required 2 yards of additional soil around the tank. When I asked Jay about these, his responses were: 1) "That's the best topsoil you can buy in the area." 2) "Settling is normal & it's even stated in our quotes (true)." Given that fill dirt is $10/yard, and I was charged $1600 for 4 yards (including levelling), and decent, screened topsoil is $20

Jay and his team were excellent to work with. They arrived on time, completed the job quickly, and the work quality was good throughout. I had some concerns about the slope of my yard and how it might affect the septic system. Jay took those concerns seriously, carefully evaluated the situation, and did the extra work needed to make sure the system would function properly long-term. Later on, when a part failed, Jay came out and replaced it, without charging for labor. That kind of follow through and customer service is rare these days. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be satisfied. I highly recommend him.

I've never seen such rude behavior before. Tammy responded to my emails with rudeness, and then, after we provided the permit we had, she and Jay Adcock simply ignored further communication. I truly believe this company is unreliable, as we've all experienced with them. We don't recommend them.

Awesome company. Jay came out and showed us how to clean out our septic filter and replaced our septic lid. Thanks so much!
