He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. The service was efficient, clean, and honestly exceeded my expectations. My A/C is working perfectly now. I’ve found them difficult to coordinate with. Someone answers the phone, but they can’t seem to actually help. They always transfer the call, and then that person doesn’t answer and you have to leave voicemails. Then it’s a coin flip whether they’ll actually follow up. The good news is there is no shortage of competitors who will answer and prioritize your job.

Outside heating unit started going wonkers 6:30 a.m. right in the midst of a historical ice-storm. Sounded like a loud portable generator running off fumes in the back of my home. Called multiple HVAC companies and Addison Smith was the one whom honored their 24hr emergency response. McKinley (technician) came out and inspected the ENTIRE unit and discovered that my electrical heat pump outside unit was freezing up and needed coolant asap. He topped it off, checked temps and charged me the best rate you could EVER get. Educated me on further steps needed to keep my unit operable for years to come. 5-stars just aint enough! Thank you for driving through sleet to get to me ; Im very APPRECIATIVE!! Excited to be a new customer member.

This was my first time using Addison smith residential and David was our technician, he was able to come out the same night my pipe busted and fixed it in a timely manner and was very respectful! I would recommend using them for all your plumbing needs
