Highly satisfied with the work they did! We called Monday morning (9/8), due to a leaking (old, rusted, no good) furnace. James had his technician, Michael, out by noon that day, to let us know what needed to be done. We had a brand new unit, completely installed by 1 o'clock Tuesday (9/9). Michael and another Technician (I didn’t get his name), were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We will highly recommend to anyone we know needing HVAC work done!

Carrollton Heating and Air is the best! Mr. James answered my call, gave me a time when he would have someone out, and they were there right on time! Michael was amazing, very thorough, and had everything up and running within a few hours! Lifelong customer moving forward!!

Huge thanks to Jimmy at Carrollton Heating and Air. He fixed two of my HVAC units this morning after other companies had basically given up. Professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t quit until everything was working properly. We needed our dryer vent changed in our crawlspace. It was very full of lint, pet hair, etc...The guy that came out was professional and respectful. The price reflected the costs for the job. I am glad they were able to come out and resolve our dryer vent issue the following week after I inquired about their services.

Heater stopped working. Called up, said they'd be there same day, in a couple hours. Showed up, nice gentleman, leg him downstairs. Identified the problem quickly, repaired it quickly, and gave some good advice on how to maintain the system better in the future. Price for part and maintenance was fair. All in all a good experience.
