I admire the professionalism of Reynalds Brothers Plumbing & Environmental team members. After being faced with a leaking bathtub from upstairs, I started working the phone in search of a plumbing service who could work me in the same day. I first spoke with Jeziah and after taking my information received a call back within the promised time to let me know when a technician will be at my house. My tech was Ray and he arrived in the time framed communicated to me by Jeziah. Right of the bat, he demonstrated professionalism by inserting booties to keep my floor clean. He assessed the situation and a presented me with options without any pressure. Reynalds Brothers Plumbing & Environmental will be first on my call list for future plumbing issues.

I had an incredible experience with these guys. I had a water heater go out ant my rental property and called my usual plumber at 5:30 Thursday and they were closed. Looked around and read these recs. Called after hours and they PICKED up the phone!!! CAME AT 8:30 the next day. Grady was here until 9:30 Friday night. He was so nice, accommodating and friendly. The house is a 100 yrs old and had had a lot of shoddy repairs, bad pipes, leaks… so it took a long time. 0 degree weather throughout the weekend. Very frustrating but still no hot water in the house so I called immediately. Grady and the owner of the company (Josiah) both came out by 9:30 am. Reynalds Brothers Plumbing & Environmental have been our go-to plumbers over the past several years, and they’ve consistently done excellent work on our home as issues have come up. Most notably, they helped us after a pipe froze and burst, capping the damaged pipe quickly and professionally. Over multiple visits, they’ve also capped another water leak in the basement, replaced the washing machine pump system, adjusted our house water pressure (which was running too high and causing problems), and replaced our backyard spigot. Across every job, their team has been knowledgeable, responsive, and honest about what needed to be done.
