Looks like I’m not the only one. Called for a couple of parts for a Greenheck ERV and the lady was extremely rude and condescending. Asking me 1000 questions while I’m trying to work and just needed a quote on a few simple parts. I told her my company and the number on our website and she made it seem like I was lying to her about it lol sorry I don’t need parts from you that bad that I would need to lie about the company I work for’s phone number. Found other reps that are much more professional and easy to do business with

We bought 10 VFDs for pumps and fans from ADE, they came startup these VFDs, and only 1 year after the startup these VFDs have broken parts and control boards. And ADE refuses to provide new parts for replacement even though they promised 3 years warranty during the buy out. And they even refuses to sell the parts, extremly unreliable and unprofessional, poor after sold service. Stay away from them.

We bought fan from ADE and they delivered broken fan. No refund, they even charged us for shipping and handling. Zero responsibility, not client oriented company.

This guys are charging for broken equipment as well for the equipment that has not been received by buyer. They don't respect clients, easily can terminate clients accounts.

bad people that work there, no knowledge owners and managers have bad imagine on people who work there. they very rude, and have condescending tones.
