I called Adept mechanical at the recommendation of my neighbor who is a property manager. They were the third plumber I called when our master shower drain and toilet backed up. My husband had been home from the hospital after having open heart surgery a week before when this happened. After Freaking when Beacon quoted me $1785 to unclog the pipe, I called Adept. Lawrence was at my house about 2 hours later wearing a mask. He was polite, professional and fixed my problem promptly at literally less than 1/4 of the price that Beacon quoted. Adept will be my first call every time and I will recommend them to all my friends and family!

Steven was polite and knowledgeable and came an hour early. He explained things to me too. They were able to schedule us the same day and he took care of a bad clog in the drain. He was going to jet out the pipes, but was unable to do it through most of the pipes, so he didn't charge for that part. I appreciated this. I highly recommend this company and will keep them on my contacts list. And Yes, he fixed the problem successfully.
