Everyone at ADF Flooring was such a pleasure to work with - I was putting a new floor in my retail space and from the beginning when I was picking out the flooring to the end when the floor was installed everyone was so helpful, communicative and professional. When I had a question after installation Angie and her team came right out to my location to make sure, I was completely satisfied with the floor. I would highly recommend ADF for any flooring needs.

I have used ADF for several flooring projects in my home; carpeting in bedrooms, living room, dining room, hallway; vinyl in kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. They have always done a very professional job, have competitive pricing and even provide service after the fact. We accidentally tore the vinyl flooring in our kitchen when moving the refrigerator shortly after it was installed. They came out quickly, fixed the tear and charged a very reasonable amount for the work. Most recently they replaced the sub flooring in our bathroom and put down replacement vinyl flooring. The whole job was completed in a matter of a few hours and looked wonderful. I have been using ADF for years and will continue to do so when I need anything done with the flooring in my home.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! First of all the carpet didn’t even come close to matching what we ordered. Was told some unheard story that something must’ve happened with the dye from the company which I don’t feel was 💯 accurate! Should’ve been checked before it was loaded into the van prior to even coming to our home! I noticed it right away as soon as I asked to see the carpet and had I not said anything nobody would’ve even caught it! We were on a deadline due to having a baby on the way within days and needed to get our master bedroom finished as soon as possible so we accepted the carpet although it’s NOT what we wanted or close to the one we picked out!!. Second issue was with the installation, the walls were completely ruined after the carpet was installed! Not a way

Estimator came to my home to measure for new bathroom flooring. I was sent an estimate that included line items for materials and time that are not needed. Our bathroom has been stripped to the studs. The old tile has been removed, plywood is not needed, grinding is not needed, molding has already been undercut and we didn't want a metal transitional piece installed from bathroom floor to hallway carpet. The estimator came out a second time. Looked at the floor, didn't take any notes and was able to ask our contractor questions about what what had been done to prepare the floor to accept new flooring. Days later I was sent another incorrect estimate. We've decided to shop another flooring company. As a side note I looked an the estimate I was given for our kitchen, hall, 2 closet

ADF did a great job installing hardwood floors on three levels of my townhouse. Steve (the installer) was second to none and a joy to be around. Had a very positive experience with ADF!
