Adirondack Farm and Forest is superior in so many ways. Whether it is excavation, landscaping, tree services, plantings, etc., Carter Rowley is fantastic. Carter has an MFA, which is the equivalent of a PhD. Therefore, he takes an artist’s eye to one’s property. He has creative solutions and ideas, and is always mindful of the homeowner’s concerns. He is a master in excavations and aims for sustainability. He knows what works! His prices are fair and very reasonable. He has worked on my property many times. If I could give him 100 gold stars for a rating, I would!

Working with Carter as my excavator was the single best thing that happened during the process of naively GC-ing my own house build. Carter was easy to communicate with, incredibly reasonable at every turn, and was willing to do a LOT of terrific work to take my plot of land from nice woods to a gorgeous place for a home. He not only cleared the land, he did the driveway, dug the foundation hole, as well as the electrical & well trenches, installed the septic system, chipped the wood, stacked & sorted extra logs, AND did all the rock work that lines the driveway and surrounds the leech field. Given the wide scope of quality work Carter performed, I cannot get over how reasonably priced he was too. I can't speak highly enough about the job he did. Truly outstanding. Carter is very down to earth and great to work with. I was really impressed how fast he could clear a swath of trees for us and is very skilled with his excavator. I recommend him frequently to others without hesitation.

Prompt and professional service. We had trees removed and ground leveled for a shed, and were impressed by the excellent communication, ease of scheduling, and a job efficiently done with the site left tidy.
