Excellent experience with this company- they exceeded expectations on multiple levels. First, they arrived quickly for a service call after my boiler stopped working properly and went above and beyond to attempt to save a very aged unit. I opted to have them quote me for a newer modern system that would be reliable and provide peace of mind. Unlike typical contractors, they provided the quote within 24hrs. Did a No Call-No Show both times we scheduled a visit and would not answer their phone nor would they call us back beyond the first reschedule. Do not schedule with these people if you actually want someone who will show up and fix your heater.

Donnie and Austen at French Hill were available to come immediately and help with a furnace problem. They are nice people, knowledgeable, and efficient. We'll be using them in the future for certain!!
