Think a professional company that does multiple excavating and grading jobs would take dust control a little more seriously. I don’t understand how it’s even legal ( trust me I checked with WCS ) to coat every one’s belongings, pools, driveways, houses with a layer of fine dust within a 1000ft radius for multiple days. Ever hear of a water truck? The rain after the majority of the job is already done didn’t help ever, and made everything a muddy mess. Now it’s everyone else’s job to clean up their properties and time out of their schedules and away from their families to do it because this business doesn’t care. Going to reach out to a lawyer and code inspector to pursue further.

First off owner/operator Matt is a down to earth all around great person. Long story short, the day of the hardest rain that I've ever experienced to date on the Sacandaga. I texted Matt & within a few hours stopped by & saw my crisis first hand with our roadway. He was here the very next morning & quickly resolved the issue before I returned. They parked there truck in a private driveway and left. There is 4 apartments in this building. I find your driver's to be rude . Can't see to get out of our own driveway. How would u like it if I parked in your driveway .
