We have used his services when we purchased a house in Clifton Park, NY. He did a fantastic job. We now live in Granville, NY and needed several tree and stumps removed. We received a quote and agreed upon price (to be paid in full in CASH). We never received ETA on when he was planning on coming out to do the job (so we can prepare to get the cash out of the bank). He left our conversation at “It’s best to get it completed before the leaves come, as it’s easier”. Called several times and get a voicemail (to get ETA). No follow up from them. I finally get his wife/receptionist on the phone. She told me she handed my file with him that day and he will call us with ETA. Nothing and it’s been about a week from that conversation. We had 4 dangerous dead trees near the road that needed to come down. Because of the wires we needed professionals. We called, Butch, he came out the next day, gave us a great price and a date to take the trees down a week later. His office contacted us the day before to tell us he would be there the next day. His crew of 5 took down the trees without incident, removed the trees and cleaned the area. We were extremely satisfied with the whole process and now we are worry free of falling dead trees.
