Adirondack Precision Cut Stone

We had a great experience with Adirondack Precision stone remodeling our kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Great selection and excellent customer service. In addition to their beautiful product, their skill and expertise on finishing and installation is outstanding. Kayla is second to none when it comes to expertise, advice, direction, and communication from the planning process all the way to completion. Alex, Chris, and all of their staff do a fantastic job and my wife and I highly recommend them for any job you may have.

We purchased quartz counter tops from Adirondack Precision after a disastrous experience with Saratoga Marble & Granite. We were looking for something specific and were able to find similar slabs with Adirondack Precision. Unfortunately, the quality of the stone of the first 2 slabs we picked out wasn't good and both slabs crumbled after being cut. Although the experience was frustrating and unfortunate, the way Adirondack Precision handled it made our experience very positive. They shipped slabs overnight from all over the place for us to look at and made it clear that there was no pressure to go with what they brought in. We found slabs that were different than our original and were of course more expensive, but Adirondack Precision worked with us on the price to ensure we were happy. Th

Do not recommend.... We used ADK Precision on a kitchen countertop installation. Throughout the process there were a number of minor issues that we could get past and we overlooked,  the primary reason for my negative review is the delivery and installation of the wrong countertops! Thankfully, we were monitoring the Ring camera and were able to cancel all other scheduled services we had coordinated related to our kitchen renovation. Upon alerting ADK Precision, a replacement was ordered, which took an additional 10 days. Throughout this process, we remained patient and understanding. However, we were disappointed that ADK Precision refused to offer any concessions for the inconvenience caused by their mistake. Horrible experience, placement of sinks is not where I wanted or told them for my bathroom vanity! Definitely go somewhere else! Also they are not the most responsive . Who puts a sink halfway under a window? They do, that's who! I specifically told them not to do that and they did it. Took 3 months of waiting to have a shitty job done!

We had looked at a few other places prior to reaching out to Precision Cut Stone to replace the counters in our kitchen. They were far and above the most responsive and customer-focused company, and made us feel like we were valued as customers. From the first experience with them when Joe came to do an estimate, to working with Tina to get all our questions answered and our installation scheduled, we definitely felt like we were in good hands, and were immensely relieved! Tina was great, and was able to get our kitchen counter installation in quickly. Super pleased and highly recommend this local company! A+A+A+
