They installed a new AC unit for us which works, but when they did it they screwed up the wiring. Now the system trips a breaker whenever the heat turns on. Someone came out to fix it, said they could do a temporary fix by disconnecting the aux heat, and someone else from the company would come back to actually do the fix. Of course they never did or returned a call. It’s not really working at all… long story short, the new ac unit works but they didn’t seem to care that they created newer and bigger problems.

I have been a client for a long time and it bothers me I have to do this but I don’t want anyone else out $$$ like I am for using this company. I had great experience prior and used them to repair my very old unit for years and even used them to put in my new units two years ago. I got a warranty at the time and they were supposed to come out twice a year to check the units. It’s been two years and they have not showed up and continuously have been hitting my account for their monthly fee. My wife has called and spoke with them twice and they said it was a mix up because the guy who was supposed to check our units no Longer works there. I will start by saying this is my first negative post for a company---ever. The two stars are for the good sales job in October 2017 that came with a "5 year no hassle warranty" for a total system install exceeding $20k. I also paid $318.70 this past year to be part of the Comfort Club for priority service. The team repaired a leak they identified on the system last May and only charged me for the refrigerant. No parts and no labor charged so that met the expectations of the warranty. Problem was that the real leak was actually at the point where the Adjustable team installed the unit to the existing line. After more than a month dealing with some other company , I contacted Adjustable Services Mr. Mark , who came personally to my home to check the furnace and after giving me the most reasonable price from all quotes, i got for replacing my furnace, they got it done in 1 day. I needed 5 new power outlets added. Adjustable services came out and provided a free estimate and gave advise on how to handle it if I didn't choose them. Mark was very professional understood exactly what I needed. I received the estimate and chose them as it was very reasonable. He arrived on time and went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements. They will be my go to company. I highly recommend!
