As always we have received outstanding service from Adkisson. We purchased 2 fireplaces and 1 furnace from them 10 years ago and have been pleased with everything they have done for us over the 10 years. As individual who lives in Grand Blanc but works in Florida which makes my life somewhat challenging I especially need my heat to be working properly at all times during the harsh winter months. Our furnace heat exchanger failed and activated the carbon monoxide detector in our house. Due to the emergency, we called Adkisson Air1 and they arrived within one hour. Inspected the furnace, explained the problem in detail and offered 3 options to resolve the issue. They loaned us portable electric heaters to prevent our plumbing from freezing. They installed the new furnace on Saturday (2 days later) and we had clean heat that afternoon. The workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the work performed. We would recommend Adkisson Air1 to our family and friends.
