Posting the Edit to respond to the owners claims that I was not a customer first: The owner is trying to weasel his way out of accountability again based on a technicality. The Heritage quote and work was listed under the name of my wife, but the payments went from my bank account. I have 14 unreturned phone calls in August and September last year and texts that were ignored. I don't believe that you magically grew a conscience this year and want to right things now. I have also attached a screenshot of my bank statement showing the 3 checks ($2230 x 3) to prove that I was indeed a customer. The first 2 checks were deposited to the account held by Heritage and Company. The third check seems to have been deposited to a different account at TCF bank. Funny how my name was not an issue while
