Today was my first experience with Dima and I am blown away in the best way. My garage door was responding the remote and would begin to close but then retract back up. I couldn't resolve the issue myself despite my troubleshooting efforts. I called the original installer ( Mount Garage Doors ) 24 hour service, unfortunately no response. Precision Garage Door needed an appointment for next day ( weather permitting with a snow storm incoming ) ADP was the next on the list with 5 stars and I can understand why. While speaking with me and hearing my issue as he was driving to another appointment, we initially scheduled an appointment for later the same day with his next availability being several hours later. We called Dima for an emergency garage problem, and he was here within an hour. He was very attentive to detail and thoroughly assessed the situation. He repaired and saved the door! No need to replace it. He even adjusted and evened out areas that hadn’t been aligned properly before. Honest, skilled, and highly professional.

ADP was suggested by someone else I know in the industry, already a good sign. I could tell right away Dima was very knowledgeable. He explained my options for a replacement operator without any pressure.
