All you really have to do is look at the before and after! KCCS Construction made the most beautiful deck we could ever ask for - it’s nicer than the house itself! They did it in 4 days and their staff are really wonderful people! The price was also the best in the area! Please consider them for your home project, we will definitely return!

We purchased a Sunsetter Awning through COSTCO on 08/28/25. It was sold to me by a very amiable Salesperson Mr. Jason Kelso of Ken Cialkowski Construction Services, LLC. He accompanied the father & son installers Will & Isaac to install it in 19/06/25. They worked as a team and they had it installed and operational in less than 90 minutes. The awning has added pazazz to our backyard.

Ken and his team at KCCS were a godsend!!! Highly recommend. Our original contractor bailed on us after only pouring the foundations for the additions and taking our money. KCCS helped us continue the work, provided options and explained the process and costs clearly. To lower costs, we did some of the work (2nd hand cabinets) ourselves. His staff are excellent, courteous and a joy to be with. We are very pleased with the way our additions look and feel.

KCCS Construction knows how to provide great customer service! I have used them for several projects and each time the team has done an awesome job. Will and his team built a beautiful Sundance louvered roof pergola on my deck that adds another dimension to outdoor living. I can enjoy outdoor living in the rain and have shade during a hot summer day. Smaller jobs were handled with just as much care. Will's attention to detail makes every project look great! Everyone was super helpful in the process of purchasing our motorized awning. Angie at the office answered all our questions and kept us updated on our delivery date and installation day. Will and Issac were right on scheduled arrival for the install and after clearing some darn it snow, installed the awning very quickly. They explained everything about operating all the functions of the awning, adjusted it to my desired slope, and programmed the remote for ease of use. It looks amazing, was perfectly level, and they removed all patio furniture and storage bin from patio and replaced it all when finished. They cleaned up all the trash left from the job and as a bonus, I got to watch Isaac and Will shovel the snow with their cute pink shovel!!! Awesome job all around!
