Adriatic Plumbing

We were recommended Adriatic via a friend who had used them on a residential project. My wife and I were starting a preschool and needed a PL01 plumber, which is a "Commercial" building classification. He assisted in arranging the plans for submitting to King County, and started work as quickly as possible. I've seen other reviews who mention Adriatic is difficult to pin down on schedule, quality and mess. I have personal experience in the contracting world and sometimes it gets messy. Although we had mess, he cleaned it up when the work was completed (as expected). Regarding quality, all the systems were placed under test and passed. These tests are required by code and he couldn't have executed them any better. Regarding schedule, he fit me in where it was possible. Right now in the puge

They don't answer their phone or schedule correctly. Very upsetting. Look somewhere else for a plumber. God only knows how well their work is if they can't even do those things.
