Since I started woodworking about five years ago, your shop has been my go-to for exotic hardwoods, and I’ve been constantly amazed by the selection and the level of care you provide with every order. The folks at Adriatic Wood Products are phenomenal, both the people at the office and at the warehouse. They were super helpful and attentive even though I made a relatively small purchase. Prices are also quite competitive!!! Their variety of species is impressive and the quality of the wood is great - I could mill all my boards in a couple passes and there was nearly no waste. They offer you the possibility to choose your own boards if you want. It is important to keep in mind that they sell full boards of around 7-8 feet, but they chop them down in smaller pieces for you, so that transportation is easier. I will definitely return for my future woodworking projects!

Made a purchase at my first lumber yard today. Prices + selection are definitely better than the big box stores. Adriatic held me down and dude named Musa was the best. The only real problem though was that they don’t really sell plywood anymore(they do sell it, but they’re just getting rid of old stuff, and don’t have any new. Selection is limited), and most of their wood is 8’ or longer. So if you only need a 5’ board, depending on what your looking for you’ll probably be out of luck or have to buy the 8 footer. It was all good though for me. Nothing like scraps looking at you to stimulate creativity.

Where do I begin, I can't say enough things about Adriatic. really the best one spot to find everything you are looking for. In a time when it's rare to find people who truly show up and take care of you, John absolutely delivers. I was in a bind and needed someone reliable and not only did he come through he went above and beyond with the service. John is very kind, In such short notice he went beyond to help me to get my order. They take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. I am forever a customer. Highly recommend!

Adriatic Wood is the ultimate place to find wood products for your home (baseboards, crown mouldings, door and window casings etc). Found them via a glowing review on Park Slope Parents. Thank goodness for that. They have wood profiles saved from Brooklyn Brownstones to help you find authentic, historic wood products which are just so stylish. They also can create custom moldings (recreate any moulding from your home if you just bring them a piece). John really listened and was so incredibly helpful in the process of making selections from their wonderful catalogs. He helped find the absolute most perfect moldings. His advice was invaluable. Could not have done it without his help!! You just need to give them the measurements you need, to decide on the width of the mouldings eg 8 or 9 in
