We upgraded our wood garage door today to a new aluminum and dark glass model that we got from ADS garage doors. ADS installed our garage door back in 2020 and did a great job, but just recently the main spring on the garage door split, probably from us using our garage as main way of getting in and out of the house. I didn’t even hesitate to call ADS for the repair. They were able to fit me in right away and Jesus showed up, super professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Arturo Ayala was my technician and Justin was the one I spoke with over the phone — both of them were absolutely awesome to work with. What I appreciated most was their honesty.
