I called the telephone # & Tracey with the beautiful voice asked me a question, I didn’t know who I was calling! I told her I needed someone to help me with an unknown water leak that had stopped. Tracey checked to see if Hopkins was in their area She assured me that I had the right # for help to the problem. She then informed me there wb no charge for the service. She took all my pertinent info & called & talked to someone on the phone & asked “if today was available, I said “yes” time, 08:30.Is the time I chose. Tracey was absolutely Outstanding with her knowledge of my situation. Thank you Tracey.
