Alex from ADV Mechanical Services was absolutely outstanding. We had a plumbing issue after hours, and he was the only one willing to come out. Not only did he respond quickly, but he showed up fast and got right to work. His expertise was obvious immediately he knew exactly what he was looking at and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. On top of that, he has a genuinely great personality. Friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, he took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone this skilled, responsive, and kind all at the same time. I can’t recommend Alex and ADV Mechanical Services enough. Truly top tier service and total peace of mind.

I called Alex for an emergency repair, and though it turned out he couldn't service our specific unit since it’s an oil boiler, I was incredibly impressed with his service. He was honest, forthcoming, and took the time to point out other critical issues we need to address that we weren't even aware of. What really stood out was his integrity regarding a billing issue; he rectified it immediately without any hassle. It’s rare to find someone so transparent and helpful. We truly appreciated his expertise and definitely look forward to working with him on future projects when the time permits!

Emergency repair of an old boiler and Alex was able to get running. The service was fine. My only problem is getting a receipt for the paid work despite promise to send. Multiple follow ups for a month and no replies. Important for my property receipts as the repair was not cheap.

Called Alex to replace a leaky hot water tank. He came within a few hours and replaced the tank that day. He did such a great job that I had him do a few more things I’ve been wanting to address , like service the furnace and address low water pressure in the house. We’re happy with the work and results. Alex and his son are our go to plumber.

One of the only plumbers who responded right away to replace a broken water heater and was able to come same day late on a Saturday! Does great work and has a pleasant personality. Will go to any of the 5 boros.
