Had an in-wall microwave oven that failed, only a couple of years old. The tech was prompt, communications was good, and he was able to quickly identify and resolve the problem. Much less expensive than replacing the unit!

I requested service for washing machine repair from five different places on the evening our washer broke. They were the only company who called me back, and they called first thing the next morning. The person who got us scheduled was so nice. The technician, Andrew, who was assigned to us was so nice and helpful. He took the time to explain everything and gave us good recommendations. He seemed to really care about helping us. I would definitely use them again if we needed.

My technician Andrew was so knowledgeable and was able to easily identify the issue with my dishwasher and repair it. He also gave me great maintenance advice for the future as well. Excellent communication of estimated arrival time for the following day, and kept me up to date when he was on his way. Scheduling the appt through the office was very easy and scheduler was super nice. I will definitely use Advance Appliance Services again, and I highly recommend them!

I have used Advanced Appliance Services on 2 different occasions. They have been very prompt and courteous with fair pricing. Their technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. Plus they are clean. I recommend them highly.

The advice from service technician was "spot-on". Even though my old oven was not available for Advance Appliance repair as there were no OEM parts, Allen told me what specific part was defective in my situations and we searched on-line for reputable sellers of used parts and found several. I just installed an EBay purchased board and my oven is working great. In summary, timely and punctual service call and meaningful advice even when the completion of the repair by the service cal was not feasible. I only have the best things to say for this organization!!!!!
