Carlos the technician is very good, specially he brought an extra parts for the freezer other than the other parts he already ordered, after he installed he ask me to wait 24hrs and see how it works. Unfortunately it is now day 4 since he installed the new computer chips the ice maker made maybe 3 batches of ice and now it’s melting again and the temperature is just like a regular fridge and the ice maker stopped working. Please let me know what’s the best way to solve this problem. Like I said Carlos is a very good Technician and he very knowledgeable.

I appreciate the service person who came to my home to initiate a review and repair of my Amana Dryer. I feel however proper and official identification of the name and company title should have been provided at my door. That was not provided. The work performed and communication, however, was excellent!

I was connected to Advance Appliance through Asurion/LG for my TV. AA contacted me same day, I sent them some pictures as requested and they were able to see I had panel failure so no need for a repair tech to come over. Overall I'm very happy with the outcome. I had a 5 year extended warranty that I purchased from LG so I paid nothing to AA.

We were alerted us to when the service person would be at our house and we were able to track this information. The service technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and listened to our concerns. He serviced our washing machine and found another problem which he was going to report and it will be serviced at another date. The service technician repaired the original problem.

if i can give it zero stars i would... had this arranged through Lowes warranty, which apparently the appoint you select with lowes isn't actually the appointment you receive... had to wait an additional 4 days for an appointment. they gave me a window of 9-4pm and refused to give us a smaller window...strike one... then they said they would call when on way... which they did but i didn't see that phone call but within 5 minutes i responded both by phone call and email and they refused to send anyone out... not only did they refuse to keep appointment...this was only to assess the situation, they were not fixing the issue, so i would of had to wait who knows how long for parts to come in.. the person i spoke with was obnoxious, not helpful and really could care less about service... was i
