I needed 2 doors and motors installed. From the minute I called Advance Doors I knew I called the right company. I got quotes and calls from other companies that didnt impress me or were $2K more expensive. The office people gave me confidence the way they talked, gave me rough estimates on the phone, and were extremely helpful. The person that came out and gave the actual estimate was great too! Very knowledgeable, personable, and flexible. Between the supervisor and the office person, we had a quote, great financing, and a new system on the way within 2 hour of the estimate. Great Service. Fair prices. They installed a spring for us in October but then another problem caused by the old, defective spring caused the door to fail again in January. So Timmy came out and fixed it for free. His solution saved us having to replace our door and was actually better than the original design. They’ve definitely got a customer for life.

Very pleased. I called on a Wednesday and had an appointment the following day. Two very nice and professional people came out to replace the rubber on the bottom of the garage door. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend their services.

Once again, another great encounter with Advance Doors, LLC, of Sumter. We have an older home, and the garage predates when we bought this house 8 years ago. We called Robbie late on a Friday night because our garage door was completely off the tracks. He was here first thing next morning and had it fixed in 20 minutes for a super reasonable price!!
