It has been nearly eight years since we had our home built and I continue to marvel at the stunning lighting fixtures we purchased from Advance Electric. Everyone was helpful and kind, they delivered the fixtures to Suttons Bay with correct bulbs, along with mirrors and a stove. Everything was carefully wrapped and protected. We purchased a combination of full price, on sale and clearance pieces. The quality is so nice and I'm confident the total cost was similarity what we would have paid at a big box store. I would highly recommend stopping in whether you are looking for one fixture or a house full! We get so many compliments on our lighting.

Excellent service and workmanship. Rebekah was an excellent consultant and very knowledgeable. The cabinets look aces and it's well worth supporting your hometown retailer/supplier. They offer simple to luxury/custom options. Mr. K. Driver and Brody were A+ for installation. Professional, quick with attention to detail. Also, check the varied and quality fan selection in store.

My husband and I are just finishing a kitchen remodel in our Michigan home, and we cant thank AmySue and the good people at Advance enough for all they have done for us. This planning process has crossed state lines as well as a calendar year, due to our two home locations, and without AmySue's great committment to communication and her scheduling around our availability, the whole thing would have been impossible! Her professionalism as well as sweet personality were sheer gifts to us, and we have ended up with a beautiful dream kitchen, and a good friend who feels like a daughter. The unprofessionalism that I have witnessed first hand from this company and the extremely rude manner in which they treat their paying CUSTOMERS is appalling. Frankly I don’t know how they’re still in business or have been in business as long as they have. The unfortunate part for this company (especially during these pandemic and tough times for businesses) is word of mouth and referrals are even more important to keeping customers loyal and retaining new ones. Good business is based so much upon integrity and this company from the top management down to the sales people have shown that is not big on their list of strengths or priorities. Very quick to take your money and feed you promises but absolutely horrible and incompetent follow through process- even down to employees disrespectin
