Gaylord Collision

This Facility has repaired two of my vehicles from hitting deer. They were top notch from start to finish. They had my vehicles fixed before other local companies could even get it started. This is a great Business to work with and I highly recommend them!

Right after our mishap I went in and got an estimate for repair. It was quite a long wait to get my car in the shop but once I got it in they did a great job and much quicker than I anticipated. I am very pleased with the service I received. And the price we paid was right on wirh the estimate.

I have never had a body shop with such a quick turnaround! We had a minor front end deer strike on a Promaster (still needed $4K-$5k in repairs) and their team had it quoted, parts ordered, and complete in just over a week. I don't expect magic every time we bring one in but they sure got us through in a time of need. One part turned out being reusable and they saved us another $1k off the quoted price, a lot of places would have went ahead and replaced it anyways since it had been approved. As a non-profit entity, any cost savings really go a long way. We appreciate the good work and with a fleet of our size, I'm sure we will have more business to return.

I thought my car was never going to be the same after a serious deer collision. Gaylord estimated it and said it could be repaired. I was amazed at how great it looked and operated when I picked it up. They did the work on time and I couldn’t be happier with their service!

Gaylord Collision was supposed to keep it for 8 days but it ended up being 6. My car looked brand new, as if it were 2019, getting a 2020 car. Very happy with their service! The pics below are before and after.
