That was after I had spent 3-4 hours working on it, to no avail. When I called their office, I expected it would be weeks before they could get someone out to look at my door. To my utter amazement, the office administrator said they would be out later that day! From the way the office administrator courteously handled my call to the way Adam and his son professionally conducted themselves, I was impressed.
