Multiple disappointments with Advanced Home Specialty. It began with a gas fireplace gone wrong and ended with a steam shower enclosure. We ended up walking away and finding a company that could get our shower done in 2 1/2 weeks after we had been waiting over 2 1/2 months with Advanced.

We bought a home that AHS had provided the garage doors, shower doors, doorknobs, etc. There were some doorknobs that had some issues and David Floyd from AHS came out and resolved them quickly. He was very prompt, professional, and friendly. It’s very refreshing to see such excellent service after the sale. Our builder called them and I got a call setting up a same day appointment. I didn’t have to chase anyone down. Highly satisfied with this company, their products and service.

Garage door spring failed and broke in half. I was able to call and speak to a rep. Luckily for me, the parts were in stock and crew was in my area that day. Repair was made that day. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend for garage door repairs and other home needs.

They installed a glass shower door at my parents house on Feb 25th, 2021. Prior to install, they took their time helping my parents pick a shower door to fit their needs. They special ordered the door and called as soon as it arrived to schedule the install. The young men who came to install were very professional, respectful, wore masks, and left everything just as clean as they found it. The price was fair for quality glass and workmanship. We would definitely choose Advance Home Specialists again in a heart beat!

Called back in june to get a roll up door motor installed. Initial sales person came out quick. He scheduled an installer to come, that was quick. Then never heard from them again. Called once a week all thru July trying to get someone to return my call. Never happened. Never told a price either. Not worth calling to get anything done. Terrible service. If you didnt want to do the job should have told me back in june.
