Advanced Air Conditioning + Heating

Advanced A/C did awesome job. My heating went out and I called them. They initially said the tech would be between 2=5pm. They then called to say the tech could come sooner and I missed the call! Called them back and hour later and still was able to get the tech early. Great customer service from Paige!! Justin the tech arrived and within 5 minutes he identified the problem and solution. He throughly explained everything and showed me the DAT was broken. He was able to replace and fix the system with 30 minutes. He was full of knowledge concerning HVAC with lots of tips and information about my system. He even invited me to take a look in the attic and explained some of the features. Tyler was verify courteous, professional and respectful of our home. I tried to leave him to do his work but he did pleasantly answer several of my questions while troubleshooting a difficult wiring problem. He was able to find the open wire, correct it and get my hvac system running again. True professional and kind person! Highly recommend!

We called and they were out within a couple of hours. Tyler was very quick and professional. He got us all fixed up very easily. If we ever have issues again this is who we'd use.
